How do i add people on the online messager. I think it's something new, first time i saw it

I'm about to replace it anyway, with something better, where you won't need to add people. Anybody online will just show up in the newer version.

Note to self need to do that mod to mine... -_- ahh lazyness... but to do it now you merly go to a person's profile and in the profile there will be a section that says "for example: Befriend LordSmurf" Click It! Then You will merly wait for that person to accept on there end and then it will show up in your who's online.
