Name this comic
 

There are a few comic readers out there so i thought i would pose a question. I am looking for a comic but i can't remember the name of it.

The main character was a woman who was killed and came back as a ghost who acts as like the stereotype avenger :) She moves through all objects and has to concentrate to keep herself where she is otherwise she sinks. As such she lives in a crypt and sits on a throne made of jade which is the only thing which can touch her. I think she uses to guns as weapons.

The downside is that jade can also harm her. I think she dressed a bit like cloak in the marvel universe, i.e. with a a hooded cloak.

Any ideas?

It was published back in the late 90's by Dark Horse comics.
