Next time, attach the image to the forum. Don't hotlink to some other site's URL with [img]http://www.tvpast.org/forum/error.gif[/img] tags.

Nope. It was Jeff Foxworthy, as Weeble Knievel.

Being such a poor grade B&W image, I'd have never guessed it.
