Playing Blu-ray Discs in Computer

Is there any way to play Blu-Ray discs in a computer? There's this movie that I wanted, but it's only available in Blu-ray (actually, I mostly want it for the interviews!) http://www.garagehousepictures.com/category/releases/
So I was wondering if there is some kind of program or something to download, that would let my computer play Blu-Ray discs. I have Windows 7, and also Windows 10 on another laptop.

You need a Blu-ray drive. Dp you have one in the laptop/computer?
BD cannot work in DVD or CD drives.

Another option: You can also send the Blu-ray to me, and I'll extract it to DVD for you. ;)

No I don't have a Blue-ray drive in the computer. I thought maybe there would be some software that could make it play. That second option sounds good. I'll PM you.
