1. Click the ACTIVE TOPICS link on the top menu and it'll show you all the new posts since your last visit, or even in other timeframes like the past month or last week.

2. Visit the PHOTO ALBUM to upload avatars, and then go to your profile to add them.

Remember this if you ever get "The RPC server is unavailable." message when trying to view the site:

The "RPC Server server is unavailable" error message simply means that the Authentication Server has no available connections to process your request. Simply refresh your web page, and you should then be able to view your web site and/or login to your Web Hosting Control Panel.

In common words, that means too many people are trying to log in at the very same instant. Hit reload/refresh in the browser, and it should be fine.
