Cedar Fair to Buy Paramount Parks
 

CBS Corp. will sell its Paramount Parks division to Cedar Fair, L.P. for $1.24 billion, the companies announced today. Paramount operates several Nickelodeon-themed rides at its parks.

The five Paramount Parks are Toronto’s Wonderland, Cincinnati’s King's Island, Richmond’s King’s Dominion, Charlotte’s Carowinds, and Santa Clara’s Great America. Cedar Fair owns seven amusement parks, including Knott’s Berry Farm in Los Angeles.
