Any business that operates within your own state is required to obey the state tax laws.

Last year at tax time, PA actually had a form in the paperwork for filling out how much you spent on the Internet and didn't pay tax on, and you were supposed to fill out the amount spent, and pay them tax on it. YEAH RIGHT! SCREW YOU PA!
