hey, what's the easiest, simplest app that will convert a MP3 NTSC file into a AC3 PAL file?

i go nowhere with BeLight / BeSweet.

really would like a 1-click kinda app.
doesn't have to be fancy.
just simple, and get the job done.

cheers.

SoundForge 9.

Audio doesn't have PAL or NTSC -- that's just for video. Audio doesn't have frames.
It's purely runtime (hours:minutes:seconds).

yeah i sort of knew that.

so, i'm actually looking to "time shrink" the audio?
ie, somehow introduce a 4% speedup.

such that the runtime length of the audio matches the video.

is there such a tool?

thanks

Yes.
It's covered in this guide: Encoding/Converting > PAL/NTSC Standards

Goldwave is time-based -- don't do a blind 4%, as that's an estimate %
