That's possible, JE!

One of the biggest hurdles of DVD production is to acquire, clean and encode materials. (Licensing issues tend to be handled prior to this.) Once that's done, assuming there's no anti-DVD releasing rights issues, the "hard part" should be done. It's just some artwork and authoring away from be a DVD. Generally speaking, it's easier to make streaming versions off the same DVD masters, or even from the DVDs themselves -- so it's very likely something is in pre-production stages.

Coincidentally, acquisition, cleaning and encoding is the biggest issue for homemade sets, too! (Many more struggle with artwork and authoring, which is why most homemade DVDs look like amateur crap.)

Not to be rude, but how many rights issues can you run into with a bunch of Dinosars-I mean Dinosaucers?

BTW, are the episodes there in their entirety, or are they cut in some way?
