Ive converted many PAL videos files in the past and present.
Its recently with certain mkv files . I noticed after converting on certain areas there's a jitter/stutter during play back even in region free player.

Suggestions?
Different methods?
Is there a fix for this . I remember back when there was an avi freeze fix ..yeah looooong ago

I know , but this was one uploaded blu ray Mkv file. I did not convert it lol lol

After I converted it to proper 25 it had jitter play back issues...Why I m quickly loosing patience with this .

So I grab this - converted it played fine until the last 20 minutes of the movie? Maybe just a bad conversion of the uploadee? lol lol lol

I think most conversions issues are:

1. Bad source
2. Bad software
3. Bad settings in software (user error)

Sometimes all of the above!

I don't know you wasting time converting PAL to NTSC in the 2010s. I had PAL-capable DVD players 15 years ago, and my WDTV and Samsung BD players play PAL without any issue.
