Thanks, I will look at them. I've been on the phone with tech support for my printer/scanner/ fax for 2 hrs to find out I need a new cd for the scanner. I'm still waiting for Shaun to call me back we talked for a few mins last night then his mom bepped in so he had to go-said he would call me back -still waiting
