Bob (Newhart's third sitcom) now on dvd
 

I managed to collect most, if not all, of the aired episodes of this show -- from several different sources. They decided to release it, which is a pleasant surprise as I don't remember this show as being overwhelmingly popular and it didn't last very long. Thankfully, the unaired episodes are here.

A lot of people are familiar with Bob Newhart's first 2 successful sitcoms. In the 90's, Newhart proved he still had comedic chops with 2 more sitcoms. Bob, which aired from 1992-1993, and George and Leo, which aired from 1997-1998. The latter also consisted of Judd Hirsch and Jason Bateman. However, neither show -- for reasons which are unknown to me, did well in the ratings and disappeared rather quickly.

Newhart plays Bob, a mostly mild-mannered comic book writer who is prone to occasional angry outbursts.

I LOVED this one....I am def getting it! Loved newhart and bob newhart too, but this one had a certain aspect I really got into..
