Doctor Who, the new Destro

Superhero Hype reports that former Doctor Who star Christopher Eccleston replaces David Murray as Destro in the new G.I. Joe Movie.

Murray withdrew from the film because of Visa issues just as filming began earlier this week. The movie will be out in 2009.
