We have been arguing in work about who lives next door to Homer the oppisite side to Ned Flanders!!
You always see Ned but you never see a neighbour the other side???
Does anyone know?

Until "New Kid On The Block" ep it was the old age couple "The Winfields", But now "The Power's" family (Laura & Ruth Powers) live there. Bart falls in love with Laura who is going out with Jimbo in one ep.
