Terms of Endearment - Captain Hero enjoys spying on his roommates in the bathroom using his X-ray vision. Unfortunately, the radiation from his X-ray vision is so powerful, it makes one of the roommates very ill. Distraught and guilt ridden, he attempts to give up his super powers.

That episode was awesome. Classic S1 stuff. From the stereotype toons being erased by Mickey Mouse to Captain Hero wheelchairing his way around the earth to turn back time.
