The adventures or misadventures of the Warner Brothers, Yakko and Wakko and the Warner Sister, Dot, who were so crazy that the studio execs locked them away in the water town at the studio. The witty slapstick humor with pop culture parodies and cartoon wackiness is on DVD for the first time ever with 25 episodes.

We had the scoop four months ago that Animaniacs - Volume 1 would hit the streets on July 25th. And the set is even more impressive than we thought at the time! It's a 5-DVD compilation of 25 episodes...750 minutes of Yakko, Wakko and Dot for $44.98 SRP. Video is full-screen, as originally shown. Audio is English, with subtitles in English, French and Spanish.

Besides the episodes listed below, you'll also get "Animaniacs Live!", where comic Maurice LaMarche hosts an in-studio style interview via satellite big screen TV with Animaniac friends as they comment on the Steven Spielberg's classic animated show.

At the top left of this story is a thumbnail-sized image provided by our retail contacts which came along with the information from Warner about this release. Below is a different image which e-tailer TLA Video is showing. We're not sure which one is the final cover art, so we compromised and are showing you both for now. When we get a high-res shot of the final cover art, we'll be sure to pass it along to you. Thanks to reader Paul Mikesell for being the first with the heads-up about the TLA listing. Stay tuned for updates!
