Spider-Man 3 filming begins in Cleveland on Friday.

Filming is scheduled to begin at 5 a.m. and run through 8 p.m. ever day through Saturday, April 30.

Several roads in Cleveland, including parst of Euclid Avenue, will be closed to accommodate the filming.

The second-unit filming will include a car chase. None of the film's stars is expected to be part of the shooting.

Radio station WMIJ 105.7 got in the spirit of things on Thursday, using the Spider-Man animated theme song -- including The Ramones' version -- as background for its traffic reports.

Euclid Ave NUE!!! My dad lived there for short time .. One of the finer parts of cleveland lol. Gee why didnt they block off noble & montecello too lol!

Note to self: Bus ticket , Hotel room , a cam , and a pick up a web slinger lol!
