Let's start with a bit of news that I'm sure will get you all excited! The long requested and legendary Lion Force/Vehicle Force Voltron team up special FLEET OF DOOM is coming to DVD exclusively to the Voltron.com Webstore! That's right, the original animated movie special will be available sometime in the 1st Quarter of 2007 and only on Voltron.com. Pricing, extras and other details have not been announced but keep checing back in the coming weeks for more info!

It seems that slowly but surely we'll eventually have most if not all of the voltron TV franchise on R1 DVD sets.

As much as I'm not into the whole "HD" scene, it would be nice if they gave this old 16mm toon a resolution boost and cleaning treatment like that did to the new DBZ set and the Robotech cartoons..
