Cartoon Network Renews Prince of Tennis, MÄR
 

Viz announced today that Cartoon Network has renewed Prince of Tennis and MÄR for second seasons. Both series air during the Saturday evening Toonami block. Prince of Tennis airs at 10pm EST/PST, and MÄR follows at 10:30pm EST/PST.

I pretty much despise CN these days. It renews some pretty terrible anime, but it passes better shows like JLU and Teen Titans. Just rename it "Anime and Adult Animation Network" as cartoons seem to be gone these days.

Prince of Tennis was actually a fantastic Anime. It's up there with the likes of Kenshin, Naruto or Bleach. But as usually VIZ ruined and destroyed the integrity of the show by making it kid friendly.
