"Appleseed" sequel to premiere in theatres

The official SEGA website for the Appleseed EX game for the Playstation 2 has posted news that the sequel to Appleseed, Appleseed EX will be released to theatres in japan in the fall of 2007. The film will be produced by John Woo and directed by Shinji Aramaki.
