"DC: The New Frontier" Comic Special
 

Newsarama is reporting that DC Comics will release a one-shot based on DC: The New Frontier in March 2008 in time for the release of the direct-to-video animated adaptation of the original graphic novel. Newsarama spoke to writer/artist Darwyn Cooke about the contents and the creative teams for the 48-page special. The major story will feature a Superman vs. Batman punch-up written and drawn by Cooke, and the DTV director David Bullock will team with Cooke to tell a story featuring Robin and Kid Flash against Communist saboteurs.
