The New York Yankees got sweep in a 3 game series by the Royals. By the way, I hate the Yankees and like this. But no team is playing Great right now. I hope to see the Braves back in the World Series.

I'm still a bit pissed at Drese's pitching lately and disagreements with Barajas. As far as I'm concerned, that is part of the reason the Rangers streak ended at 9 games. My team has a chance to come out on top, if they just have some common sense about the bullpen and keep those bats moving. They've had an excellent field defense so far to date.

As far as play-offs, I tend to not speculate at all until after the all-star break. Until then, it's all good fun, joy of the game. Competition starts after the break.
