ECW: house show results 8-28-06
 

updated some match info: stolen video clips coming up shortly

hey guys
I attended the recent ECW house show (poughkeepsie, NY) 8-28-06 Monday. I was able to snag a bunch of clips on my digital camera and a few pics. Working off a junker pc so I will upload some of the clips soon.
At any rate:

Matches (are presented in the order they appeared)

1. Big Show vs Sabu- ecw rules. Big show won by pin
(this also explains why he showed up on Raw roughly at 11pm)

2. balls mahoney vs Raymond Dupree. Balls wins by pin

3. Little guido and Tony mamaluke vs 2 jobbers whose name I forget.
The jobbers were not that bad and might be up and coming. the FBI wins by pin

4. kevin Thorn vs Stevie Richards- Thorn by pin

5. Female review nonsense- kelly kelly, Francine and two others. I left at this point to get a shirt. This leads to the next match

6. Mike Knox vs Sandman - as before they interrupted the dance off.
regular match. Sandman by pin

7. matt striker vs CM punk - punk by pin

8. Tommy dreamer vs Test - test by pin

9. Main event - rob van dam vs hardcore holly
RVD by pin. Shortly after, this turned into a big melee with Test and knox coming down to help Holly, and Sandman and Dreamer to help rvd

So how was the atmosphere?? Its hard to tell on TV if the crowd is into it when they are not at the usual ECW stomping grounds.

the crowd was very into it. Although the place was literally filled with a ton of little kids. Thats was the downside. No blood or anything like that unfortunetly.

No only, no kelly kelly shots. I was outside getting a shirt at the time.

I was kidding, I think she's hot.. but yeah I read that part.. :)
