Help sync issue on retail mpegs?

So im using retail episodes for a set i am making and when i use dvd decrypter to get the vobs onto my computer in ifo mode and then play the vobs they slowly go out of sync. but as soon as i use mpeg-vcr to make them mpeg2 it goes back in sync throughout the entire episode. But when i add the episodes to my project in dvdworkshop2 and convert it back to Video_TS vob files it goes back to slowly going out of sync. How do i fix this?

The audio is probably corrupted on the source. Re-encode it to MP2 with Womble MPEG Video Wizard.

in decrypter when ripping have it demux the video and audio

in womble use the gop tool and have it scan the mpeg (m2v) file made from decrypter.

9 out of 10 times these are audio pts timing issues. Once it fixes the time code in the file you will not have any sync issues because it corrects it
