Blu Ray Burners info - Do they make blank discs?
 
I am thinking of buying a BluRa burner-does anyone know if they make blu ray blank discs and what are they called?

hmm, 10 single layer BDs for under $25. that's less than a dollar a BD.

now, roughly speaking, i can fit 5 single layer DVDs onto a single layer BD.
so imagine 100 DVDs in a spindle tub fitting into 20 BDs.
wow, so much space saved.

sure, the BDs will still have SD content.
but i'm ok with that.

i'll wait a bit longer.
for prices to drop a tad further.
and for 8x BDs to be the norm.

yeah makes youthink of VCD's (for those who were around in those days) and the arrival of DVD's and all the space we saved. :D
