Info on Video Clairfier Vc-1 Needed

I have a Clearline Concepts Deluxe Video Clarifier VC-1 and I need a Transformer to test it. Anyone have one and could look to see what voltage the adapter is?

Saw one for sale on ebay. says it comes with a "Includes 12 volt, 350 mA UL approved AC adapter."
