Need a New DVD Authoring Program
I need something that will work with windows 10 but has the flexibility of DVD Workshop 2. Does anyone have any suggestions?

install hackintosh on your PC and then use DVD Studio Pro

Windows 10 does suck for video tasks, yes, including DVD authoring.
The easy trick is to install Windows XP in a VM like Virtualbox. Simply share the folders with the source, and destination, on the native OS (Windows 10). XP can process the files, and you won't bloat the VM image that way. Ulead DVD Workshop 2 (DVDWS2) was the best DVD authoring software made for Windows. On Mac, yes, DVD Studio Pro. Both software are long discontinued, but can be located fairly easily. Most DVD authoring software is discontinued, as we're in the post-disc era of streaming files. |
I downgraded back to Windows 7.

I use http://tmpgenc.pegasys-inc.com/en/product/taw4.html with great success.
