Dose any one have zelda 3rd quest?

It's exactly the same as Legend of zelda for nes but with super nintendo graphics. It even has the same location of the first dungeon. Here's an article about it. You should read the whole article. Lots of cool info.

This isn't the same game as the nes game. If you watch the youtube video you will see the levels are different and in different locations

level 1's location was the same. I stopped watching after that. Maybe they changed a few things kind of like when you beat part 1, locations of certain items and the level locations change.
