Did you use that PayPal buy insurance?? If so it'll be the only way to get your money back if you don't get the videos.

Since you uesd paypal just claim your money back, file a report telling them that the bidding ended and copy the e-mail of what ebay sent and get your money back.
Since the guy havn't resonded to your e-mail, then you have to assume he was going to scam you and just claim your money back. even he will respond back or you get a refund, at least then you will get somewhere. |
Can't paypal reach out and grab the money back since I haven't received anything and the purchase is null and void.

He can still "sale" the tapes to you, even if its been removed... just contact him and see if he's still shipping.. I'm sure he's not gon turn down ur money

Yes, Paypal can return your money back to you, I had this happen once before. There should be a link at paypal for such occurences.

Paypal can only return the money if there is money in his account, if he cleans out his account you are SOL because they can "charge" him but you wont get anything and he will have his acct suspended till he pays you back, if you used a CC to pay for the paypal (what I always do) you can file with your CC company and get your money back with no problem. But then you run the risk of losing your Paypal because they despise chargebacks and will cancel your acct if they are in the mood

Thanks guys!
