Is There a big Difference Between These Two Blank DVDs TY (Value) & TY (Premium)

So i need to order more blanks and i am not sure if there is a huge quality difference from the two. I like the price better of the value line. But maybe people who have trying both can tell me if they really notice a difference.

Value Line

A difference? Not really, no.
