JVC M10S 16X DVD Media
what the heck I tried Sony-Memorex and Verbatim and it doesnt recognise 16x media.
I've had the same problem with mine! It does recognize TY02 8X and I also use the
Verbatim -RWs. Sony forget it. |
I use Verbatim DVD-R 1x-16x discs all the time.
see other people are having this issue. can someone tell the the exact type of dvd-rw that will work. so i can go to best buy and buy a small pack of dvdrw disc
Buy 2x DVD-RW.
http://www.americal.com/pd/VER94501.html More choices if Americal sold out: http://computers.pricegrabber.com/st...=tdk+dvd-rw+2x http://computers.pricegrabber.com/st...oduct/sv=title http://computers.pricegrabber.com/st...oduct/sv=title http://computers.pricegrabber.com/st...oduct/sv=title Maybe http://meritline.com/philips-dvd-rw-...a-branded.html if you don't find anything else. |
why 2x?? those are expensive
The machine was built during 2x days. The discs only run about $2 each, not expensive.
I own 35 discs, but use less than 10-15 at any time. |
o ok
they must have changed more in the machine (I have the drm100s) other than the fix for the loading drive error. All I use are Sony 16x with no issues
The 100 has a newer OptiArc drive in it, therefore newer firmware. Nothing major.
i dont have any loading disc issues atleast not yet.
