Fox sees uptick in 'Truth'
 

Fox's lie detector game show "Moment of Truth" reversed its downward slide, gaining a bit last night compared with its previous post-"American Idol" Wednesday performance.

"Truth" (15 million viewers, 6.2 preliminary Nielsen rating and a 16 share) was up 3%, benefiting from a slightly stronger "Idol" lead-in (28 million, 10.2/27) this week.

The "Truth" ratings twist also could be due to its lowest-rated episode. The most recent "Truth" aired Monday, Feb. 25, to a season low, with Fox finally unleashing a long-promised relationship-shattering episode where a woman admitted to cheating on her husband. The clip of the confession circulated online and generated press, possibly bumping interest in the series
