The Complete Powerpuff Girls Anniversary Collector's Set DVD will be released on January 20, 2009. The six-disc set will include the complete Powerpuff Girls series along with new bonus features, including a documentary on series creator Craig McCracken, commentary tracks, and more. Cartoon Network will be running a day-long tribute to the Powerpuff Girls on the release date, leading up to the premiere of a new animated special from McCracken.
