Convert?
 

I have a bunch of downloaded pilots and whatnot on my hard drive (in AVI, Mpeg and DvIx formats). What is the best program to use to put them on DVD so I can get them the hell off the HD?

Nero is super easy for that. It will automatically convert it for you if you just want to get it off your hard drive. You can download the trial version of it.
