new memory card error message. please help

Please help
I changed memory cards and installed a new 1gb memory card.

After I installed it, I received and error message after I rebooted it.

It says "Reboot and Select proper boot device Insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

Please help. :-)

Windows XP Duo core processor
