Inside USA, Amazon, Best Buy, eBay, Walmart, Target, DeepdiscountDVD ... basically anywhere you see sales or deals on DVDs, even garage sales (good place to buy). Also a few import stores, such as play.com and amazon.co.uk (UK), dvdgo.com (Spain), amazon.co.jp (Japan), and atlanticdvd.com.au (Australia).

"Randomly checking accounts" my ***.

When you plaster trade lists all over the Internet like you do, you're asking for trouble. And then when you seemingly sell things, likely to complete strangers, you're asking for even more trouble. Having $500 is a lot of money, and if that's selling mostly sets you didn't make, you're just going to piss off other collectors.

DIDN'T PAYPAL GET SUED FOR THIS TYPE OF TACTIC ?
ALSO IF I EVER DEAL IN A RARE SALE .. I HAVE THEM TYPE SOMETHING NON-DVD IN THE INFO BOX ... FOR EXAMPLE .. (THE "TICK" COLLECTORS PLATE).
INSTEAD OF SAYING (THE TICK DVD SET) ... SOMETHING I LEARNED.

If they've been notified that someone is selling homemade sets, then Paypal is not in the wrong. They would be freezing the account for alleged illegal activity and I doubt they've been sued in that situation...

Sounds like you're just making their job easier by confirming your address after you've already been notified that this is the reason they've closed it to begin with.
