Congrats to the city of Vancouver and all the Canadian athletes for making this the most memorable Olympics EVER! You made us all very proud.

Cheers to all my fellow Canadians on this board ... We Did It!

Lots of other pretty cool records broken during the Games, as well. Canada's Gold at Home drought ended, Korea's first Olympic figure skating gold, Ohno's medal count, breaking the 62-year freeze-out on US bobsled gold, and the end to Russian domination of ice dancing, not to mention the other figure skating disciplines. It's a new world ...

My only regret is not getting the fun interview with Sarah MacLachlan on Universal Sports recorded - it was neat listening to her talk about filming her video, not realizing she was surrounded by so many great figure skaters, and then not being able to get tickets to any of the figure skating events.

I think one of my favorite moments was the slam poet at the Opening Ceremonies. I really enjoyed him, and the fiddlers.

I thought everyone was well represented, there were no losers- the triumphs of so many, with so many personal obstacles was heartwarming and inspiring.
