Recently, the lives of actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi have played out like a movie.

This time last year they were arrested for defrauding an innkeeper, burglary, and conspiracy in California. On Sept. 19 of this year the troubled twosome was arrested yet again after an alarm went off at a Montecito, Calif., home and they were found living in a guest house.

The Quaids did own the home at one time, but it has since been sold. They continued to claim it belonged to them.

Fearing for the safety of her family and her property, RadarOnline reports the rightful owner, Lannette Turicchi, has now filed for and was granted a temporary restraining order that requires Randy and Evi to stay 200 yards away from her home, place of employment and children.

The court papers filed on Friday reportedly state the Quaids “hurt” Turicchi in some way.

A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 26 and if they Quaids do not show, like they’ve done in the past, the judge has the power to make the restraining order permanent.

If the Randy and Evi violate the current order in any way, Radar reports they could be arrested and charged with a crime, risk going to jail and paying up to a $1,000 fine.

Will the credits roll on Randy and Evi Quaid? Or will they ride off into the sunset? In three weeks we find out how this action-packed drama will end.
