It does not jump down to that section. Instead, it opens a new window to tvpreservation.com that then (and thus kind of slowly) redirect to tvpast. It finally just lingers at the top of the page.

It should open links in new windows. However, it should also go directly to the post. For that specific thread, since it's a sticky, I've just now removed tvpreservation.com, and replaced the links with tvpast.org. However, before the change, it was working for me in Firefox, Seamonkey, Chrome and Pale Moon. If you're using IE, then the site may not work properly. IE is a screwed up browser, used by less than 20% of people online, and I've quit coding for it.
