We all know that World of Warcraft or WOW is a HUGELY popular online game with MILLIONS of loyal followers, in real life or RL someone died, so for all those people that knew her online personality, they held a memorial service in her honor, while in line to "view the body" another group of players "crashed" the funeral and well, this has got to be one of the funniest nerd on nerd acts of war I have ever seen.....enjoy

This probably best illustrates why I think 99% of all online game players are retards. I don't know which is dumber, having a virtual funeral, or attacking a virtual funeral.

I already feel stupid as it is, using forums online, but at least some good comes from it, between sharing hobby advice and trading. At least their is an underlying foundation of sharing and education.

But I don't see any good coming from being a big stupid gamer nerd, everything about games seems mean spirited, the only goal is to hurt others. No wonder it breeds a$$holes in such large groups, most of them probably teenagers.

I thought this was hiliarious until I re-read and noticed it was made for a person who died in real life then I felt bad

TCEL93,
someone who played those online games like warcraft/everquest had a character in the game. Well outside of the game in real life the person who made the character had died. As a final farewell for those people who just knew her from her character in the game they played, they had a "virtual funeral" in the game itself. A bunch of other "groups" in the game got together and with their characters invaded the virtual funeral, pretty much killing all of the game characters who were there attending. Truly tasteless when it was a goodbye to someone in real life.
