I came across this video and it brought back some memories. By the way, the sound is pretty low.

what do you mean Daj, the 80's were GREAT years to live in. You had some awesome story driven cartoons in the 80s, as well as some of the greatest toy lines (ie. Transformers, GI Joe, He Man, She Ra, TMNT) Saturday mornings were awesome.

I happen to like 80s music, especially rock and metal.

I have to agree, the 80's were terrific to live in. Would much rather bring my kids up then, instead of the crap they get to grow up in now....

Heavy *** Make up lol Oh those would be Sluts (aka Groupies) eli. Not all women in the 80's did their face like that. Or acted as a groupie.. Most wore jeans T shirt and listen to music and watched 80's cartooooooooooooooons LMAO!

I had BIG HAIR! LOL! I didn't have the Heavy *** makeup though, never needed it. LMAO! But yeah, I do remember the girls that painted their faces......we referred to them as "clowns."

There were good cartoons, I remember watching a few with my little brother, eating toast with peanut butter and jelly on Saturday mornings. And then, there was Miami Vice....the ultimate show in my 80's memories.

Don't remember too much penny candy, but I do recall nickle and dime candy. LOL!

I do recall how awesome Michael Jackson's music video of "Thriller" was. I watched that over and over and over.

Music was awesome, or was it just that you thought you were so cool because you knew the words to all those songs?

There were some pretty cool movie releases in the 80's that I can still stand to watch today....Goonies, Pretty in Pink, Gremlins, Top Gun, Cocktail, just to name a few.

The 80's rocked??? Pppssshhhhhtttt... amusing. You guys must be too young to remember the 70's. Or forgotten how pitiful it was to live with a teflon president. Yes, I'm sure I'll get comments on this... but remember, this is America, and there's that free speech thingy.

The 80's rock!! The good ol happy 80's. I used to have 3 girlfriends at a time and keep them on time schedules. I had a few close calls when I looked out my window to see their cars cross. One going one way, one going another way.
Oh boy, I have some stories I could tell you guys.

Then the 90's came around and everybody got depressed.
