started my new diet today ...
... and I'm already craving everything I don't need.
Starting out slow here. - No more sodas - More water - Eat more fruit - Less "instant" meals, try to cook/prep at least 1-2 a day - use the gym membership Pineapple, apples, and pears are on the fruit list. 100% no-sugar-added juices too. My abdominal and dental health depends on it. |
Just cutting out the sodas and hydrating more with water will help. I was shocked at how much better I felt just switching from sodas to water.

I always drink water, have for the past 4 years... I try to do situps and lift some weights :) and I crave food late at night :( ugh... GL

Nah, I can still eat what I want, and I don't really like junkfood anyway. It's just drinking habits and lack of fruits/veggies that's getting to me.
