We're still using the same company, but we've moved to another piece of hardware. The OS became corrupted on the old system.
The site has been up and down the past 48 hours because of it. It should all be sorted out soon. I discovered the error while trying to implement some site upgrades, and the system kept vomiting itself and tossing out random errors.

They're still not done yet, it might be another day or two to get totally fixed, so the site may still go up and down a few more times.

They ended up manually fixing the flaw, so we didn't move hardware. Back to business as usual.
