any of you use high frequency emitting devices for pest control?
to fight rats, spiders, anst etc.
and do they work?

i'm not generally afraid of spiders
and in the Uk we don't get massive ones like in australia/amazon nor do we get "lethal" ones like black widows.

however, sometimes the spiders do overrun my house
last night there were 4 of the buggers in my room

spent a few minutes catching them and throwing them out
but i always run the risk of injuring them physically whilst doing so
and i don't want to hurt them

so, if you do use other methods such as environmentally & people friendly sprays or high frequency emitting devices etc, let me know.

ha ha MM

i used to do that
then for some unknown reason, i started to feel sorry for the little buggers

i eat meat and everyone knows the crap animals go through right?
so i can't say i have scruples

and i'm not very religious
so cannot believe in karma either

but i just don't feel right killing these arachnids (and insects)
try my best to either ignore them or shoo them away

read on the net that lemon squeeze on the windows etc do the job
and almonds by windows/doors?

Spiders, snakes, rodents, monsters or smurfs- I have no symphany for them all! To the grinder they should all go! Actually anything that can bite me, chew on me or eat me I have a problem with!

Oh by the way, stop breathing and those little pests wouldn't have a problem using you in any fashion they so chose!

Smurfs?! Oh, you big meanie.

I feel bad about mice, but I still catch them in traps. I kill indoor spiders, I shoo away outdoor ones. Insect gets poisoned wherever they are, especially roaches and ants.

Lot's of Black Widows where I live. They usually stay outside. Black Widows usually reside close to the ground.

I take it all back. Don't be mean to crickets. Escort them to a safe distance away.
