It's happening again!! A few hours ago, FCC Chairman Kevin Martin and his two fellow GOP commissioners approved new rules that will unleash a flood of media consolidation across America. The rules will further consolidate local media markets -- taking away independent voices in cities already woefully short on local news and investigative journalism.
In 2003, the FCC tried to do the same thing, but millions of people demanded that Congress reject the FCC's rules. And they did. It's time to do it again. We need 100,000 people to get Congress to reverse the FCC's rules right now. Sign Our Open Letter to Congress Then get three of your friends to do the same. This is about whether we will have access to the information that democracy requires. It is about whether or not we'll have real news and local voices on radio, television and in the newspaper in your town. It's about whether the public airwaves will represent our nation's diversity. Just yesterday -- spurred by your calls and letters -- 26 senators from both parties sent a letter to the FCC Chairman promising "to revoke and nullify the proposed rule" if the FCC voted to lift the longstanding ban on "newspaper-broadcast cross-ownership." But Chairman Martin did it anyway. Congress has the power to throw out these rules -- and if 100,000 people demand it, they'll have to listen. Take action now and spread the word. I'm telling you, Collin Powell is the man for the job. I kept saying New Yorkers aren't dumb enough to elect Hillary, but then they did. Then I said the democratic party isn't dumb enough to push her forward as the candidate, but it looks like they are. Hopefully the american people will actually use some common sense and not put her in the White House. I know things aren't the greatest right now, but man, can you imagine what things would be like if Gore or Kerry had been elected?

I dont trust our Government. No matter who you elect . You have no say!!! They dont care about THE PEOPLE.  2 things you dont discuss with friends. The Democrats always destroy our economy. It takes a Republican president or congress many years to fix it and then a Democrat president will come in a take all the credit for it. Much like Slick Willy did.
Al Gore is a huge moron. Him and his Global Warming money scam carbon credits bul%s**t. People are so stupid to fall for that. I remember in the 70's when Global Cooling and the second ice age was coming. Colin would be cool. We need a tough president like Reagan that won't take any sh&&&t. We've only lasted this long because of being tough. If we had the Americans we had today back in WW2, we would of lost that war for sure. These days the most that is expected from a man is being gay or sensitive. The male is being to feminized. We have to be sensitive, bake cookies and sing Kum By Ya with illegal immigrants & Al Qaeda.

After the G. Bush / Religious Right overtaking of the Republican party, the moralists and supreme liars/idiots, I don't see hwo anybody in their right mind can consider the elephant party to be anything but worthless. Maybe some decades ago, they did as well as the other, but certainly not now.
Reagan was starting to become senile (Alzheimer's) when still in office. He hid it as best he could.

Still doesn't change the fact that the reality of having Democrats in power will for sure make us a communist country. Tax Tax Tax and more tax. I'll vote Republican any day over that. The Dems say Cuba has the best health care system and we must be like them. Third world medicine here we come. The Dems in congress want to make Ramadan a national holiday instead of Xmas. The Dems want to protect illegals, criminals and terrorists. Because first and foremost Democrats are socialists. They have and will always destroy our economy, deplete our military and keep the thugs in the ghetto by giving them welfare and everything else for free. But I guess that's okay as long as we can wear our good guy badge.

Don't confuse the ramblings of Michael Moore with the beliefs of the Democratic Party.
Last I looked, our economy was hosed, and that was the work of 6 years of all-Republican controlled House, Senate and White House. The books were balanced and the economy was fine when they took it. Some of that other stuff is non-sense, the Ramadan and protecting terrorists. Don't confuse equal access to law to mean "protection" of anybody. Torturing terrorists isn't an acceptable action, as it makes you turn into the scum you're fighting. Sending soldiers to their death in pointless wars depletes the military. If the Democrats are socialists, I guess that makes Republicans a dictatorial aristocracy. It does seem sort of fun.
