I dont drink soda havent since I was a kid. It always upsets my stomach so I stick to water juice. I only get caffine when I eat chocolate. Guess its good I avoided the headaches though that would suck.

I don't see how Diet Soda makes you gain weight. I lost between 8 - 15 pounds just by starting Diet soda. But then again, everyone is different. I prefer to be called "unique" LOL

Diet soda uses a sugar substitute which is considered poison in Europe and has been banned over there. It's only ok here because the FDA here has been paid off.

Not buying that - oooooh Splenda causes cancer thing - it's a conspiracy theory cooked up by people trying to sell you thier expose ebooks. Nothing links it to ACTUAL problems - the items that do exist note potential for risk (everything has a potential for risk even oxygen) when used in excess. Moderation is the key to almost everything. Pick a battle people - CIGARETTES CAUSE CANCER - IT IS A STATISTICAL FACT THAT THEY INCREASE INCIDENCE BY 1300% - but they smoke thier asses off where they have banned diet soda??
