I had some wine and cider last night with a friend, not even enough to get a buzz,
and I woke up this morning with a hangover.

How does that happen?

Last time I had anything was August 2007. Body just not used to it anymore?

Could be all sorts of things. I don't usually get hangovers no matter how much I drink. One exception was several years ago I tried to keep up with my alcoholic father-in-law, I was drinking Molsen Ice, him Coors Light. I stopped counting at 14 (should say I can only remember 14). I was sick the next day, and couldn't figure out why. Went to the doctors the day after that and found out I had a pretty serious bacterial infection under my eyes and in my sinus. It could be all the herbs and stuff you are taking for other things maybe?

Dude - I don't even have to drink anymore - all I have to do is stay up too late and I wake up feeling like I have a hangover

I didn't start getting hangovers till I was around 27. That's when I decided to cut back on the drinking. I only have a drink every once in a while now.
