Or if you do get a human being they just happened to be located in India, which I would actually prefer to talk to an automated system at sometimes.

Funny thing happened a while back. The India outsourcing company reps take American names to be more familiar (doesn't work!), anyway I had one whose name was Marcus James. (sorry didn't finish my sentence!)
