I listed about 50 videos, on ebay.
random kids things that I had put on dvd- and no longer needed the vhs tapes.

So it listed as this

"Kids lot of 50 cartoon family childrens tapes most oop"

and then a list of all the items.

So it had a few bids, and the question this morning

"Hey, can I still bid on this if I am not a kid? Thnx.

Cha-Ching! that was today's stupid question- thanks for tuning in.

This only to be slightly beat - by a horror /supernatural / occult lot I put up last year in which someone asked me- to this day, I saved the question.
"
Is there any possibility of being possessed by watching these films. I don't want to be possessed.

Wow.Ebay...gotta love it.

you sure those questioners not simply winding you up?

though not as stupid as those, the one that gets me is sellers who state they will post worldwide, but then when asked directly state they will only post within their own country.

LOL. Yeah ebay full of some characters alright lol. Bobby has some good stories .

Kim you missed your shot. I would have replied " Possesion is only 9 tenths of the law " And depeding on what state you 're in. Possesion can get you 30 days...( depending on what you possess)

Thanked 1 Time in 1 Post
LOL Ebay, what a wonderful world. I recently sold a Medela Breast Pump on Ebay. Of course it was used. I listed what it was, put pictures, and listed everything that came with it. It included the original box and all manuals, etc. It sold, and like a week later I get this paypal dispute saying it didn't work right. That I said it had multiple settings, and that the switch on the power supply (yes the one to change voltage) didn't change the suction power of the unit. I replied that someone needs to read the manual. I said don't change the voltage, it is set properly for use. I said you need to unzipper the front pouch and turn the dial to change suction. What a dumb-a$$. Needless to say, I won that dispute, but still, why file a dispute? I can tell you, he emailed after the dispute was closed and asked for half his money back. I ignored him. I hate Ebay.

asked a seller whether his item for sale was a vhs to dvd transfer.

seller replied:
"well this does not really matter, cause i am afraid you are not eligiible for my auctions, i dont allow other media sellers to bid, so i am afraid you will have to look some place else for your items, thank you"

what is this person on about?
off their rocker methinks.

"i dont allow other media sellers to bid"
i simply do not understand that.

there was no such instruction on the sales page.
and who on ebay doesn't buy and/or sell dvds/vhs etc.

probably selling dodgy/crap stuff anyway.
so no loss for me.

Wow thats crappy.

I have heard of traders that don't trade to sellers-
but sellers that don't sell to sellers

thats pretty egotistical there...
Isn't that like...prejudice or something or other

Simply put its greed. That seller has this paranoia that if manthing purchased his dvd. He would resell for a little profit . Hence cutting into his sales.

I had someone tell me I couldnt sell my own set of MR Merlin lol

FU! I worked on that set . My menus, my labor. If I want to make a few dollars from it. I will.

not you or anyone is going to tell me other wise. Do you own the rights? No. Then STFU!

Unlike you idiot. My lousy 20.00 dollars for 4 dvds includes shipping.
Is nothing compared your 1,000's. Go to hell Satan's HO
