There's a real nice looking HR-S7800U on eBay right now for $175 BIN. It appears complete with remote, manual, and the original box. In case someone is looking.
Somebody else I know is selling off a JVC HR-S9500U in good shape, and a Sony SVO-2000 as well. The 9500 is not one I'd buy personally, but it is still decent. No idea on the Sony, but it's probably alright.
